Address to send campers mail

All campers love receiving mail, including care packages. Our preference is that parents drop off mail and packages during camper check-in for the camp staff to distribute throughout the camp week (ensure camper’s name, cabin number, and day of the week it should be delivered are visible). If this is not feasible, please use one of the other options:

  • Email your message to the camp director and it will get printed and delivered. Ensure that you include your camper's first and last name, as well as their cabin number if you know it. Send to tanya@thegoodtimesproject.org.

  • Mail your letter/package via USPS or overnight carrier to (mail early enough that it arrives while camp is still in session):

Camp Burton/Camp Goodtimes
Attn: insert your camper's first and last name here
9326 S.W. Bayview Drive
Vashon Island, WA 98070

Medical Sign Off Form

All campers who are currently on treatment need to have their physician or nurse practitioner complete a Medical Sign-Off Form stating that they are healthy enough to attend camp. Parents should upload this completed form into their child's health profile.

Med Shed Information

Sending your medically-fragile child to a camp for a week may seem daunting and scary. We have an on-site medical staff of nurses and a doctor who are on call 24 hours a day to provide the assistance your camper may need. *All medical/physical needs should be reviewed with camp director prior to camp.

LIT Program Application

Campers age 17 years of age may choose to spend their last year at camp participating in the Leader in Training (LIT) Program; at the camp director's discretion 16 year olds may apply. This program allows participants to take on leadership roles at camp that they can build off of when they return to school/life. This is a competitive program and requires a separate application in addition to the standard Camp Goodtimes camper application.
